Administrative Assistant to the EVP Production
With EBNER Industrieofenbau since August 1988.
After graduating from HAK, I started as assistant to the production manager at EBNER in Leonding and returned to this position part-time after taking time out to raise my children.
Describe your job in a single sentence:
Administrative support for the production manager and employees in the production area.
When you are on your way to work in the morning, what are you looking forward to?
That over time, some of my colleagues have also become friends with whom I can laugh, but also approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner with full team spirit. This team spirit applies not only to the production area, but also to other departments.
What was the most interesting experience you had at EBNER?
The best experience was getting to know my husband here 😉. I also always find it inspiring to get to know employees and cultures from other locations, and another highlight is definitely when a former apprentice develops into a manager or a successful fitter.
Everyone needs inspiration and motivation to get through the daily grind. What keeps you going?
I am motivated by working in a team, the interesting tasks and the interaction with my colleagues.
What vision do you have for EBNER's future? From your point of view, what are the greatest challenges the company will have to face over the next few years?
In any case, the preservation of the market leader position as a family business and the safeguarding of the Leonding location and thus the long-term preservation of jobs in a secure environment.
Do you have any special hobbies or interests?
In my free time, I enjoy reading, meeting up with my friends and traveling to Dubai with my husband.
