Receptionist
With EBNER Industrieofenbau since September 2016.
I started at EBNER as a temporary employee on afternoon duty at the reception desk. However, I really enjoyed the job and quickly settled in, so EBNER took me on as a permanent employee in 2018.
Describe your job in a single sentence:
As a receptionist, I am the first point of contact for all guests, suppliers, employees and external companies and therefore an important representative of the EBNER company.
When you are on your way to work in the morning, what are you looking forward to?
At the reception desk, I get to know many different personalities every day and am entrusted with a wide variety of tasks – it never gets boring here! 🙂
What was the most interesting experience you have had at EBNER?
Taking over the entire reception area from my colleague. I had the opportunity to restructure and, of course, redesign a lot of things. I think I made a big contribution to effective reception management.
Everyone needs inspiration and motivation to get through the daily grind. What keeps you going?
Definitely my work colleagues. Due to my interface position, I deal with (almost) all employees in the company – I enjoy the daily exchange.
What vision do you have for EBNER’s future? From your point of view, what are the greatest challenges the company will have to face over the next few years?
I think the biggest challenges are maintaining our position as market leader and achieving growth – even in economically challenging times.
For me personally, a secure and stable long-term working environment is also important. I think that’s what EBNER offers me.
Do you have any special hobbies or interests?
I love being out in nature hiking or cycling, and I love spending my vacations camping with my family.
