My career at EBNER began in commissioning, where I successfully put our facilities into operation for customers around the world. In mid-2022, I switched to Sales and took on the role of Sales Manager. Since December 2024, I have been working as a Sales & Project Manager and contribute my experience from both areas.
Describe your job in a single sentence:
As Sales and Project Manager for furnaces, I am responsible for customer acquisition and support, the development of customized solutions and the planning and implementation of projects through to successful commissioning.
When you are on your way to work in the morning, what are you looking forward to?
I am looking forward to the working environment and the good working atmosphere.
What was the most interesting experience you have had at EBNER?
After intensive negotiations, the first successful sale was a very special moment. The long effort paid off, and the joint success was celebrated with the customer – a milestone that not only rewarded the hard work but also created the basis for a strong, long-term business relationship.
Everyone needs inspiration and motivation to get through the daily grind. What keeps you going?
The knowledge that every point of contact with potential customers can become an order.
What does your typical day-to-day work at EBNER look like?
My working day at EBNER is varied and diverse. A large part of my work involves creating customized offers that take individual customer requirements into account. There are also regular project meetings where we coordinate internal processes and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Another important aspect of my job is meetings with customers, where we clarify technical details, develop solutions and work together on the optimal implementation of their projects.
What benefits do you value most at EBNER?
