Increased capacity with simultaneous reduction in energy consumption

In October 2022, one of Italy’s largest producers of stainless steel, nickel and titanium long products signed an order with EBNER Thermal Solutions S.r.l. for a new roller hearth furnace.

As part of this project, an existing system was replaced with a new EBNER roller hearth furnace.

Just 11 months later, our customer was able to start production with the new EBNER furnace.

The new system has enabled our customer to increase its production capacity and reduce natural gas consumption by up to 30% compared to the old system.
