A strong start to the new year 2024

In January, EBNER was already able to conclude two orders for roller hearth furnaces for press hardening with Chinese companies in the automotive industry.

As a new customer, we are pleased to supply a Chinese start-up with an electrically heated press hardening furnace for steel blanks and to support it in establishing itself on the Asian market. To enable our customer to produce as quickly as possible, our EBNER team is taking on the challenge of delivering the system in just 6.5 months.

In addition, one of our existing customers has once again chosen
EBNER as an industrial furnace supplier. The aim is to increase production capacity and set up a second press hardening line in order to meet the growing demand for press hardened parts for the automotive industry in China.

For this project, the customer is relying on a second gas-fired press hardening furnace for steel blanks.

The systems ordered are suitable for the heat treatment and production of high-strength AlSi coated and uncoated steel blanks, which are used in car body construction (BIW).
